1970 Ferrari 312B F1 released
Back in 2007, modeller Tyios created a 1970 Ferrari 312B 3D model and granted RMi modding the permission to convert the model for use in a game or simulator. Not designed as a game model, it proved not that easy and the project was never realised. In 2013 BoreKS was offered to convert the car model for use on the GTR2 and GTL platforms. While the initial plan was a straight forward adaptation for gaming use, it soon turned in to a total rework of the car. All modeling and in-game tasks are by BorekS while the engine sounds are created by Wolferl . Deep-Strike was responsable for the car physics.
BorekS and friends proudly released the Ferrari 312B for both GT Legends and GTR2.
As a replacement for the Ferrari 312 that was raced from 1966 to 1969, the 1970 Ferrari 312B was a Formula One racing car, designed and built by Scuderia Ferrari and powered by a 3 litre 12-cylinder engine.
