Barry Rowland of the Sim Racing Garage reviews the ASR6 aluminum extrusion profile cockpit by Advanced Sim Racing.
In part one, Barry checks out all the included parts and assembles the rig. In the upcoming part two of the review video, Barry will perform a test session with all the sim racing gear fitted.
The Canada based Advanced Sim Racing company, set out to supply a well designed 6″ aluminum extrusion profile sim racing chassis that was solid enough to accommodate any type of direct drive wheelbase on the market.
The ASR6 is a very rigid, highly adjustable aluminum profile chassis with an original touch, as ASR decided the have the chassis powder coated in a uncommon pristine white. That said, a dark grey version is also available.
Both the steel wheel mount, and pedal tray can be adjusted in height, angle, and position. You have a choice out of three wheel deck versions. The Standard wheel deck, a Fanatec DD side mount, or a Simucube front mount.
Check out the Assembly guide here.
The ASR6 is available in the US and Canada for $919.99 USD + shipping.
