Assetto Corsa 1.5 Vallelunga 2016 previews
Kunos Simulazioni’s Executive Producer Marco Massarutto posted a new set of preview screenshots, showing us the reworked 2016 Vallelunga circuit that will be part of the upcoming Assetto Corsa 1.5 update.
Ever since 2011, the Kunos Simulazioni development team has continuously been updating the Assetto Corsa title, and from the looks of it, it won’t stop during 2016.
The Italian developer is planning to roll out the 1.5 update in March. Besides the earlier announced track updates that will close the visible gap of the older tracks in terms of graphics and details, there is also a large amount of new content planned for 2016. Back in December, Kunos Simulazioni already confirmed to be working on the RedBull Ring, historic version of Silverstone, and the 10km and Junior versions of the iconic Monza circuit. They also stated to bring at least 42 new car models to Assetto Corsa during 2016.
Starting with the 1.5 update we will see a list of new features appear such as pitstop procedures and strategies for single player mode. Last but not least, Kunos Simulazioni also confirmed to be fully supporting the Oculus Rift VR headset once the retail version is available to the masses.
