Assetto Corsa – Best Review Yet?

It can be said that Assetto Corsa by Kunos Simulazioni is currently one of the most successful racing simulators on the PC platform. Assetto Corsa was officially released on 8 November 2013 as a Steam Early Access title. Since then, the title received a vast number of updates, bringing us to the current version 1.7.

Youtuber LetsTestDrive has published a very objective review video trying out the latest version of Assetto Corsa. During the review, he takes a look at the various aspects of the game/sim and points out both its brilliance and shortcomings.

Keep in mind that Assetto Corsa is a long-term project which is updated frequently. We can expect to see a lot more content and features appear with every new update. The next Assetto Corsa update (V1.8) is scheduled to be released this August.

Kunos Simulazioni will also be bringing the Assetto Corsa racing simulator for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles on August 26 in Europe and August 30 in North America. Doing so, it will set a new benchmark for simulation based racing games on the consoles.
