Assetto Corsa Bonus Pack 3 – Introducing the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio
Only two more days to go before Assetto Corsa PC version owners will receive a very nice holiday gift from their favorite Italian development studio. To thank their very loyal Assetto Corsa community, Kunos Simulazioni will release the AC Bonus Pack 3 DLC as free content.
After already presenting the Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale, the Pagani Huayra BC and the Lamborghini Huràcan Performante, its time for the 4th Bonus Pack 3 car introduction. Let’s take a look at the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio.
Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio
The high-performance Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio version was the first model in the new Giulia range introduced back in June 2015. The top-of-the-range Giulia Quadrifoglio is powered by a Ferrari California derived 505-hp 2891cc twin-turbo V-6 engine and an eight-speed automatic gearbox (or six-speed manual) that drives the rear wheels.
All this power propels the car from 0 to 100km/h in just 3.9 seconds and gives it a top speed of 307 km/h. The Quadrifoglio weighs 1,524 kilograms (3,360 pounds) resulting in a power-to-weight ratio of 3 kg/PS.
The Bonus Pack 3 for will be free for all Assetto Corsa players and is scheduled to be released on December 20th on the Steam platform. The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions will be updated soon after, depending on a swift approval of Microsoft and Sony.
The pack will include seven highly detailed new Italian car models from the past and the present by Alfa Romeo, Automobili Lamborghini, Maserati and Pagani Automobili. In previous interviews, Kunos Simulazioni’s Executive Manager and Co-Founder, Marco Massarutto hinted that the highly anticipated laser-scanned Laguna Seca Raceway track would also be part of the free update. However, the track is not yet confirmed.
