The new American Track Pack DLC for Assetto Corsa Competizione is scheduled for a June 30 release. No console release details have yet been shared, but it is likely that the Console DLC pack will become available somewhere in late 2022 following the September Version 1.8 update.
The DLC pack will include a number of American circuits as featured in the World Challenge America series, including some popular venues such as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Watkins Glen, and the Circuit of the Americas.
Kunos Simulazioni already published a few (low-res) preview screenshots of the Watkins Glen International circuit, and now shared the first screens of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The real-world Indianapolis Motor Speedway is located in Indiana in the United States. This 2.5 miles long track is one of the most famous American racing venues with a huge motorsport legacy. It is regarded as the home of the IndyCar Series, NASCAR Cup Series, and many more. From 2000 to 2007, the speedway hosted the Formula One United States Grand Prix, and from 2008 to 2015 the Moto GP.
Besides the world-famous oval layout, the venue also features a FIA Grade One infield road course which was completed in 2000. Incorporating part of the oval, including the main stretch and the southeast turn, the infield track measures 2.605 mi (4.192 km).
