Kunos Simulazioni and 505 Games had already introduced Ferrari 296 GT3, and the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo2 as upcoming content for the Assetto Corsa Competizione racing simulator.
As no surprise, the Italian developer has now introduced the Porsche 992 GT3 R as the third car in the release list. The three new GT3 cars will become available on the 19th of April 2023, via the Steam store.
First revealed during the 2022 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps, the latest 992-generation Porsche 911 GT3 R became a Porsche customer team favorite for the 2023 season. The 992 GT3 R is powered by a water-cooled 4.2-liter flat-six engine with four-valve technology and direct fuel injection which produces around 416 kW (565 PS). All that power is transferred to the rear wheels via a sequential six-speed contest-mesh gearbox which is derived from the current 911 GT3 Cup.
