The Circuit Ricardo Tormo, also known as the Circuit de Valencia, is a motorsport race track located in Cheste, Valencia, Spain. The track was named after Spanish motorcycle racer Ricardo Tormo, who won the 50cc World Championship in 1978 and 1981.
The circuit has hosted numerous national and international racing events, including the MotoGP Valencia Grand Prix, the Spanish Grand Prix, the European Grand Prix, and the FIA GT Championship. It is a popular testing location for many racing teams due to its location, weather, and varied layout.
The Circuit Ricardo Tormo has a length of 4.0 kilometers (2.49 miles) and features a mix of high-speed and technical sections. It has a capacity of 120,000 spectators and includes several grandstands, as well as VIP and hospitality areas.
