Assetto Corsa Honda NSX – Beta1 released

Siim Annuk released the first beta version of the Honda NSX for Assetto Corsa. This release contains the regular Honda NSX and the Honda NSX-R.

The physics are crafted by David Dominguez and the sounds are created by NeverKrash. You might recognise the Honda NSX mod from way back in rFactor and recently as licensed content in rFactor 2. AC fans will be pleased to see the Honda as part of their street car collection.

Notes/known issues:

• no LODs, might be heavy on the graphics
• rear view mirror is shrinking a little
• NSX-R is missing some dashboard rev lights
• NSX-R wheels are a bit low quality
• driver animations are rudimentary

Reported issues:

• collider related crash when joining server- LOD switch in the cockpit when changing FOV
• LOD switch in the cockpit when changing FOV- NSX-R gauge clusters are probably from the 2002 version
• NSX-R gauge clusters are probably from the 2002 version
• speedometer is incorrect
