Assetto Corsa – Next update on Januari 17.

After a well deserved holiday break, the Kunos Simulazioni team announced that the first update of 2014 will become available on Friday 17 Januari. Its interesting to hear that the team´s top priority and objective is to optimise the AI in Assetto Corsa.
This could mean that the highly anticipated AI implementation might be released soon. Besides a multilayer option, racing against computer controlled opponents is one of the features that will bring even more fans to the Assetto Corsa platform.  Furthermore Kunos Simulazioni is also working on some  special events that might see the light of day in the next update.  The 2014 Simracing scene seems set for a great start.

Assetto Corsa is being designed to provide a very realistic driving experience, with single player and multiplayer options, officially licensed cars and tracks developed using Laser scan technology, and the highest level of accuracy possible in reproducing real world motor racing environments. Also, Assetto Corsa will allow for considerable customisation and modification, in order to satisfy the expectations of professional sim racers, gamers who prefer to approach the driving experience more progressively, and hobbyists who just like to collect lots of cars and tracks.
