Assetto Corsa Red Bull Ring Preview Screens
Kunos Simulazioni shared a new set of in-game preview screenshots showing us the upcoming Red Bull Ring circuit for Assetto Corsa.
Born as the Österreichring and host of the Austrian Formula One Austrian Grand Prix for 18 years the track was rebuilt and renamed the A1-Ring and was used in that configuration from 1997 to 2003.
After being left to its own devices, the track was purchased by Red Bull’s Dietrich Mateschitz and had the track completely rebuilt. The Red Bull Ring was born. The track reopened in 2011 where it hosted a round of the DTM season.
The laser scanned RedBull Ring circuit will be part of the upcoming “Red Pack” DLC for Assetto Corsa. Besides the RedBull Ring track, the pack will also include seven car models featuring the already confirmed Ferrari SF15-T Formula 1, Lamborghini Aventador SV, and the classic Maserati 250F.
The Red Pack DLC will launch on July 14th on Steam and will also be available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One console version after its release on August 26th in Europe and August 30th in North America.
Assetto Corsa is available at the Official Steam Webpage. |
