All regular video contributors are having a look at Assetto Corsa lately, and so does DigiProst.
In this Video he has a detailed look at the graphical side of the suspension behaviour in Assetto Corsa. To do this he created a multi display video showing us the Formula Abarth and Abarth 500 captured in slow motion.
Digiprost captured this video using an Intel i5-2500k 4,1 GHz and an Ati Radeon 7950 3GB OC Vapor-x graphics cars. Even tough the title is still in development, most users report a good performance on medium and high end systems. Kunos Simulazioni announced the first Assetto Corsa Early Access content update will be released on November 22. Besides two tracks and three cars, the update will most probably also contain tweaks and fixes. Ever since the release the Kunos Simulazioni staff have been following up all feedback of the community and responded already by addressing some critical problems. Support has been great to say the least.
Assetto Corsa is being designed to provide a very realistic driving experience, with single player and multiplayer options, officially licensed cars and tracks developed using Laser scan technology, and the highest level of accuracy possible in reproducing real world motor racing environments. Also, Assetto Corsa will allow for considerable customisation and modification, in order to satisfy the expectations of professional sim racers, gamers who prefer to approach the driving experience more progressively, and hobbyists who just like to collect lots of cars and tracks.
