Kunos Simulazioni’s vehicle dynamics guru, Aristotelis Vasilakos and the SurrealCar YouTube channel published a new video comparing the real world Lamborghini Aventador SV with its virtual version in the Assetto Corsa racing simulator.

The Lamborghini Aventador SV has more power, weighs less, and has much more downforce than the regular Aventador. The “Superveloce” is powered by a 6498cc V-12’ engine that delivers 740bhp at 8400 rpm. It reaches a top speed of 217mph (349kph).

In genuine Top Gear style, the Italian/Greek version of The Stig takes the real and the virtual Lamborghini Aventador “Superveloce” out for a few laps at the Autodromo di Modena. During this talk & drive session, Aris explains some of the technical features of the fighting bull and shows us how much fun it can be to drive a supercar on a racing circuit.

It is confirmed that the virtual Lamborghini Aventador SV will be part of the next Assetto Corsa add-on pack.
