AussieStig In The Wave Italy Halo Equipped F1 Simulator

For many community members out there, the annual Sim Racing Expo in Germany is sim racing highlight of the year. Bsimracing friend of the house, Mark Puc, aka AussieStig headed to the Nürburgring circuit to check out the latest and greatest sim racing hardware.

During his visit, AussieStig tested the Wave Italy F1 motion simulator which was conveniently equipped with the much-discussed Halo safety device. This made it the perfect opportunity to finally find out if the driver crash protection system is as distracting as most of us think.

Needless to say, the Halo Crash device had no practical application during the simulator session. But one day…
