Bathurst for rFactor 2 in development
Image Space Incorporated released a set of preview screenshots showing what probably will be the next content to be released for rFactor 2.
This virtual version of the iconic Australian Bathurst track is in development for rF2 via their 3PA or third-party affiliate program, meaning that the officially licensed track project is being developed by a modding team, with the help and involvement of the official Image Space Incorporated development team.
Bathurst, better known as Mount Panorama is an Australian racing circuit located in Bathurst, New South Wales. The 6-kilometer long track with a 174-meter vertical elevation is the home of the Bathurst 12 Hour and the Bathurst 1000 V8 Supercar Race.
Recently, ISI released their new mesh and materials property editor called gJED. This tool allows for real-time editing of the gMotor2 content and will therefore, make it easier for third-party affiliates to create their content or conversions. With the help of the tool, we can expect to see a variety of content for rFactor 2 being released at a much faster rate.
