For most sim racers, Cube Controls SRLS needs no introduction. The Italian sim and real-world wheel rim manufacturer is getting ready to release the GT Pro V2 Modular Wheel rim system which is a new product aiming to deliver a high level of customizable options, performance, comfort, and realism.
The GT Pro V2 is a modular wheel solution combining a high-end wheel-plate button box with various steering rims. The GT Pro V2 will be available in 6 different versions pairing the button box with a selection of wheel rim styles including both D-shape and Open rim styles.
At first glance, it seems that the wheel plate is made out of Carbon Fiber, housing 6 backlit momentary buttons, 4 front CNC-machined aluminum rotary encoders, 2 lateral CNC-machined aluminum rotary encoders, and two knitter switches. I will keep you posted when all the details are confirmed.
The wheels are available in Wired (Q-CONN cable) or wireless versions. You can further customize your wheel by selecting two or four paddles and choosing your own RGB button colors to match your style.
The wheel is most likely compatible with all quick-release and standard mounts (3 bolt, 1-inch, and 70mm PCD)
