DIRT 5 – Exclusive Gameplay Preview

Recently, Codemasters revealed that October 9 will be the DIRT 5 release date for the current-gen consoles and PC and that the next-gen Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 console versions of Dirt 5 will be released later in the year.

Alan Boiston of Team VVV was invited by Codemasters to try out an early DIRT 5 demo version and now shared some exclusive gameplay footage of the game. showcasing 4 locations and 5 vehicle types in the game.

Alan says: First impressions from the demo released are very positive indeed. Graphics are top-notch, featuring a wide range of lighting particle effects combined with their usual high standard of audio. Car handling is more of an approachable sim, there is a range of driving techniques required when all assists are off, but it feels intuitive and that made it great fun to play.

The PC version of DIRT 5 is on pre-sale via Steam for €54,99. The DIRT 5 Amplified Edition on pre-order for €74,99. The System requirements are yet to be announced.
