DRIVECLUB Release Date Trailer

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and developer Evolution Studios announced that the long awaited, and long delayed DRIVECLUB game for the PlayStation 4 will be released in October 2014. The US will be first on October 7th. A day later mainland Europe will follow, with the UK on the 10th. To support this announcement, Evolution Studios published a new Driveclub release date trailer. All footage in the video is captured straight from a Sony PlayStation 4. The video shows us some spectacular scenery and a nice selection of cars that will appear in the game. Ferrari, Zonda, RUF or Aston Martin to name a few. just about every famous Super or Hypercar you know will be at your disposal.

Driveclub is a social racing game meant to be played in a team or club.  It’s about friendships and rivalries and team-based racing, together in the world’s best supercars on the world’s most breath-taking roads – all rendered in cutting edge next generation graphics. DRIVECLUB was officially announced during the PlayStation 4 press conference on 20 February 2013, and was planned to become a launch title for the PlayStation 4 console late 2013. In October of the same year, Sony announced that Driveclub would be delayed until early 2014. The official press release stated ” don’t want to release a game before it’s ready”. The official press release stated ” don’t want to release a game before it’s ready”.

With this Driveclub release date announcement, many console racers out there will be delighted that there is finally a racing title ready for the PlayStation 4.
