DTM Experience Multiplayer Alpha Racing Action

This week SimBin have released their highly anticipated big patch for RaceRoom Racing Experience. With that came the DTM Experience Multiplayer Alpha feature for DTM Experience 2014 Season Pass Holders. This is a first teaser of what Multiplayer will represent in RaceRoom Racing Experience. Net-code has always been a make or break feature for allot of simulators out there. By the looks of things, Simbin have done a cracking job in their first attempt to get the Multiplayer feature of R3E rolling.

Simbin staff member Georg Ortner, whom you may know better as “6e66o” has recorded one of his Multiplayer races racing the DTM BMW M3 at the Zandvoort circuit. The footage is recorded on day one of the Multi-player Alpha for DTM Experience 2014 Season Pass holders. The video shows you a split screen representing the Hood view and External Camera. While there are many Multiplayer optimisations to come, it is safe to say that the online experience is already running pretty solid.

The Multiplayer Alpha will be available for all RaceRoom Racing Experience owners on a yet to be announced date.

RaceRoom Racing Experience is a Free2Race game that connects fans of racing around a game and motorsports portal. Drivers begin their racing career in the portal and hit the track with plenty of free-to-play content. Five cars and two tracks are provided free to all registered users. Licensed cars, tracks and championships are available for purchase in the online store allowing players to build the game of their dreams.
