After recent operational and financial problems for the German Endor AG / Fanatec company, the American computer peripherals company Corsair now officially announced that they acquired full ownership of the sim racing specialist Endor AG, including the popular Fanatec brand.
Following this procedure, the Endor AG stock market listing will be terminated.
Corsair took over all active employment contracts of Endor’s, meaning that for now, the Fanatec staff will remain the same. It is not clear if the Fanatec name will continue to be used as a brand.
Utilizing its global production and distribution channels, Corsair will most likely be able to better tackle stock and shipping issues.
Following the announcement that Corsair is expanding into the sim racing industry, they have teased a prototype of its new Sim Racing Chassis that can be used for both Formula racing and upright GT-style positions. The cockpit will come with a variety of optional components.

Landshut, September 13, 2024 – Insolvency proceedings were initiated for Endor AG (WKN 549166 / ISIN: DE0005491666) by a decision of the Landshut insolvency court on September 13, 2024 under the file number IN 542/24. Lawyer Dr. Hubert Ampferl, a partner at the law firm Dr Beck & Partner, was appointed as the insolvency administrator.
CORSAIR® (Nasdaq: CRSR) has acquired the business operations of Endor AG as part of an asset deal. The shares in the foreign subsidiaries will also be transferred. Additionally, CORSAIR will take over all active employment contracts of Endor AG.
Endor AG will be fully liquidated as part of the insolvency proceedings and its stock market listing will be terminated shortly. Shareholders should expect not to receive any payments. The company’s real estate remains up for sale.
