F1 2016 Career Mode Preview on the PS4
In his latest PlayStation 4 gameplay video, Youtube publisher Aarava checks out the career mode of the upcoming F1 2016 title by Codemasters.
In part one of the video series, we can have a look at the customizations and car upgrade features of the official F1 game. In Part 2 Aarava takes a look at the game’s Safety car, Manual start option, the formation lap, and the tire allocation feature.
Part 3 contains some in-game footage of the virtual Lewis Hamilton Mercedes F1 W07 Hybrid car during a race at the British Silverstone circuit.
The latest installment of the official video game of the 2016 FIA Formula One World Championship will continue where its predecessor left off. The new F1 game is built around a brand new career mode that will be spanning 10 racing seasons. Its multiplayer support will accommodate up to 22 drivers.
The 2016 iteration of the game will also introduce the return of the Safety Car and scratch-build Virtual Safety Car system, and a Formation Lap. The level of immersion has been further enhanced by the inclusion of manual starts and manual pit lane entry and braking. Furthermore, it the title will feature the Baku, Azerbaijan street circuit which hosts the 2016 Formula One Grand Prix of Europe.
F1 2016 will become available on August 19 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC. (DVD and via Steam) It is already available for pre-order at Amazon UK, Steam, Playstation, and formula1-game.com
There will also be an F1 2016 Limited Edition includes the ‘Career Booster’ DLC pack, which will give you a head start in your career, as well as exclusive Career Helmet and Laptop designs.
