This weekend’s Brazilian Gran Prix is the penultimate race of the 2022 Formula 1 season.
In the latest Codemasters F1 22 Track Guide, we head over to the Autódromo José Carlos Pace circuit, better known as Interlagos. We ride along with Lewis Hamilton in his 2022 Mercedes-AMG F1 W13.
The famous Brazilian GP Circuit, best known as Interlagos is located in the city of São Paulo. The track has been renamed to Autódromo José Carlos Pace, after, a Brazilian Formula One driver who had died in a 1977 plane crash.
The Interlagos circuit is one of a minority of non-oval racing circuits that go in an anti-clockwise direction. From 1990, the original circuit was shortened from 7,829 m to only 4,397 m to meet FIA regulations. This 15-corner track has numerous elevation changes making it a popular track for real and Sim Racers alike.
F1 22 is available now for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC – featuring cross-play for the first time. The digital download PC versions of F1 2020 are available via Steam for €59,99, while the F1 22 Champions Edition has a €79,99 price tag.
