Fanatec – Limited Edition ClubSport Steering Wheel F1 2020 coming soon

Back in 2018 the German sim racing peripheral manufacturer Fanatec proudly announced that they had secured a five-year deal with the Formula 1 organization and that they became a sponsor of the official F1 Esports Series.

To celebrate this achievement, Fanatec proudly unveiled its Officially licensed gold-accented ClubSport Steering Wheel F1 for the existing Fanatec ecosystem of which they produced 2018 units. In 2019, Fanatec introduced the Strictly Limited silver themed 2019 Edition of the ClubSport Steering Wheel F1, of which they produced… You guessed it. 2019 units.

So it may come as no surprise that today Fanatec’s CEO Thomas Jackermeier announced that they will be launching a new, 2020 limited edition F1 Licenced steering wheel.  At the time of writing, we don’t have all the details, but it is stated that the new F1 wheel will feature some new technologies and will make use of materials.

The Limited Edition ClubSport Steering Wheel F1 2020 will become available for pre-order on Thursday, May 14th at 3 PM CET. Fanatec will only produce and sell 2020 units worldwide. So those who are interested in purchasing will have to be ready to get their order in.
