Turn 10 Studios has released Update 18 for Forza Motorsport on Xbox Series X|S and PC via the Microsoft Store and Steam.

The Forza Motorsport’s Update 18, also known as the “Velocity Update,” brings a range of enhancements and new content to the game. Here’s a summary of the key features:
- New Cars:
- The update introduces several new cars to the showroom, including the 2024 Lamborghini Revuelto, 2014 Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon, and the 1975 Forsberg Racing Nissan ‘Gold Leader’ Datsun 280Z.
- Also spotlight cars will be available, such as the 2024 Lamborghini SC63, 2020 Oreca #38 Performance Tech Motorsports Oreca 07, 2023 Porsche 911 GT3 RS, and the returning 2015 Koenigsegg One:1.
- Audio Improvements:
- Car audio updates have been implemented for the 1998 Toyota Supra RZ, 2020 Toyota GR Supra, and the 2007 Ferrari 430 Scuderia.
- Multiplayer Enhancements:
- Improvements to multiplayer matchmaking aim to increase lobby populations.
- “Short” race durations in Featured Multiplayer have been extended, and event timing has been adjusted.
- Lap counters and Last/Best lap information has been added to the HUD during timed races.
- HDR Fixes:
- A fix addresses HDR display issues where brightness was being set too low.
- Career and Events:
- “Velocity Month” brings new career events with specific cars and track combinations.
- New Featured Multiplayer Series, with different car divisions and restrictions that change weekly.
- Challenge Hub:
- New rewards, cars and race suits are available through the challenge hub, by completing objectives in career, multiplayer, and rivals modes.
- General Improvements:

Audio [All Platforms]
- Update 18 features the car audio updates for the 1998 Toyota Supra RZ [1654763] and 2020 Toyota GR Supra [1786443]. These fixes were originally intended to be released with Update 17, however due to an oversight, they were not included in the previous update. Both cars have received their improved sounds with Update 18.
- Update 18 also introduces updated car audio for the 2007 Ferrari 430 Scuderia based on community feedback. [1729130]
Rendering [All Platforms]
- For some HDR displays, the game would automatically configure its HDR Brightness value below 1,000 nits which made the highlights in the image look flat and clamped. The fix prevents the game from automatically configuring the value below 1,000 even if the display metadata reports that its peak luminance is under 1,000. [1896256]

- 1998 Nissan R390 has been moved from the Exotic GT Classic Division to the Early Factory Racecar Division based on community feedback. [1937670]
- Fixed an issue where players could temporarily be sorted incorrectly in the pre-race menu player list in a Multi-Class Race event after changing classes. [1794707]
