HPP Simulation announced their high end simulation pedal set.
The pedals make use of a purpose built hydraulic system specifically designed for the Pro sim rig.
Its a well designed pedal system that is build with an integrated master cylinder with a reverse acting slave cylinder to avoid the need for any additional fluid lines, as well as providing a very compact footprint in size. The pedals are machined out of 6061T6 aluminum, along with the use of only high quality hardware and components to that the HPP pedals can handle aggressive usage.
Each HPP Simulation unit comes complete with a USB cable and is ready to use out of the box. The brake, clutch, and gas pedals are adjustable in height.
The brake pedal is adjustable left/right to accommodate heel & tow usage, while the gas and clutch pedal’s travel is adjustable and the movement pressure can be adjusted by using different springs.
Both HT series of pedals are available in two versions, vertical and slanted.
At time of writing there is also an optional adjustable heel stand available. The 2 pedal set will retail for $587.00 (€434) and the 3 pedal set you back $887.00. (€656)
Specifications:
Brake:
• Each unit comes with 2 rubber bumpers for fine tuning the brake feel to individual preferences. There is a hard bumper and a soft bumper. In addition to these, the user can fine tune their preference by adjusting the pre-load on the bumpers. The braking threshold and modulation feedback provided to the user via our hydraulic system is outstanding.
Gas:
• The gas pedal incorporates a linear slide potentiometer unlike the common rotary potentiometer found on a lot of pedal systems. This provides true positional linearity relative to pedal movement. The end result is a super smooth and accurate gas pedal movement.
Clutch:
• The very unique clutch design and mechanism provides a true clutch-like feel for the ultimate immersion factor.
Misc:
• There are currently two versions available, vertical and slant.
• Each unit comes complete with a USB cable and is ready to use when received by the user. Simply plug into your PC, calibrate, and race!
• Both the brake and gas pedals are adjustable in height as well as left/right for pedal spacing
• There are top mounting provisions on each leg
• Self lubricating bronze bushings are used throughout the pedal system
• Stainless Steel hardware is used throughout the pedal system
• The gas pedal’s travel is adjustable and the movement force can also be adjusted by using different springs
