The new season of the Esports WTCR is well on its way. The new championship will feature the latest generation of FIA_WTCR cars, including the new Hyundai Elantra N TCR.
At the time of writing, no official release date was shared. However, Sector 3 Studios stated it would be #soon.
The real-world Hyundai Elantra N TCR was officially unveiled at the world-renowned Beijing Motor Show in September 2020. The new TCR-specification car joined the hugely successful i30 N TCR and Veloster N TCR packages offered to the Hyundai customer teams.
The Elantra N TCR is a front-wheel-drive and powered by a two-liter turbocharged engine, derived from a base engine from Hyundai’s family of road-going models. The car shares the same six-speed, paddle-shift operated gearbox as all other Hyundai TCR cars.
The core RaceRoom Racing Experience racing simulator is free for all and can be installed from this Steam link. Commercial add-ons are available in the RaceRoom Store.
