iRacing – Interview with Apex Racing UK’s Alex Simpson

At the 2017 Autosport International show in Birmingham UK, RaceSpot TV’s Wil Vincent took the opportunity to interview Apex Racing UK’s sim racing team owner Alex Simpson. Alex talks about their Vegas eRace adventure, competing in the 2017 iWCGPS, their drivers in the Blancpain GT Series, and more.

Apex Racing UK is one of the best-known sim racing teams in the world. Apex Racing were founded in June 2012 by Darren Kirk and Alex Simpson, to create a sim racing team with a single goal! To compete in iRacing World Championship Series. Since then the team has expanded, and while the World Championship Series remains the primary focus, you can also see ARUK cars competing across various series over at iRacing, such as the GT3-series and other special events.
