iRacing – Introducing The Audi RS3 LMS TCR

After teasing us with a small preview snippet, iRacing.com now officially introduced the Audi RS3 LMS TCR which will be the vehicle of choice for the upcoming iRacing Michelin Pilot Challenge.

TCR racing has exploded in popularity around the world over the past few years, and the Audi RS 3 LMS has proven to be one of the class’ most popular cars. Utilized by drivers on four continents, the RS 3 LMS found success quickly after its debut and was voted “TCR Model of the Year 2018” among vehicles from 12 manufacturers.

Light and quick, the Audi RS 3 LMS produces up to 350 horsepower from its turbocharged two-liter powerplant. Sequential shifting and a quick 0-60 time mean that this front-wheel-drive touring car produces plenty of exciting action, no matter where or when it’s racing.

If all goes as planned, the new touring car will be available with the 2019 Season 4 build in September. The price of the car model will most likely be $11.95. Furthermore, iRacing also announced that the Kia Optima Touring car which is currently available as a paid car model will become a free car as part of the base content.
