iRacing – RUF GT3 Challenge in Mixed Reality VR

Marcel Pfister published a new video in his Mixed Reality series blending the real-world and in-game footage into a stunning Virtual Reality experience.

While the previously released video’s were all crafted using the Assetto Corsa racing simulator, this latest production features iRacing. Using the Oculus Rift CV1, Marcel drives an online race in the iRacing RUF GT3 at the laser scanned Laguna Seca track. He points out that the in-game resolution using the Rift is actually better than what is presented in the video.
