iRacing – TFR Touring Car Championship, Rd 6: Twin Ring Motegi.

Basic Format

12 races, 4 drop weeks, open setups, standing starts, no fast tows, 30 minute race length.
There is no set entry fee and no prize money, but donations towards our hosting costs are welcome.
All races will be password protected. The sporting code is in effect. Reckless driving will not be tolerated.
All license levels can be considered. All competitors must respect all others drivers, on and off track.

Broadcasting

All races will be broadcasted LIVE (with commentary) at GlacierTV.com. Replays of all broadcasts will also be available via high quality download from the Glacier TV website’s archive and in lower quality (but streamable) form via GlacierTV’s YouTube page HERE.

Round 1: 1st May – Watkins Glen (Classic Boot)
Round 2: 8th May – Road America (Full Course)
Round 3: 15th May – Suzuka (GP)
Round 4: 22nd May – Mid-Ohio (Full)
Round 5: 29th May – Spa Francorchamps (GP Pits)
Round 6: 5th June – Twin Ring Motegi (GP)
Round 7: 12th June – Sebring (International)
Round 8: 19th June – Daytona (Road) (Night)
Round 9: 26th June – Silverstone (GP)
Round 10: 3rd July – Phillip Island
Round 11: 10th July – Mosport
Round 12: 17th July – Road Atlanta (Full)

Race and Session Times

All races take place on a Tuesday.

15:00 UTC – Practice for all cars
20:00 UTC – Qualifying for Cadillac CTS-V R cars only
20:15 UTC – Qualifying for Ford Falcon V8SC cars only
20:30 UTC – 30 minute timed RACE

Note:
For UK drivers, +1 hour for British Summer Time (BST).
For central-european drivers, +2 hours for CEST.
For east coast NA drivers, -4 hours for EDT.
For west coast NA drivers, -7 hours for PDT.

Practice sessions will be hosted on Monday nights from 17:00 UTC.

In the event that we do not have enough grid slots for everyone at the start of the series, we will give priority to drivers who have raced with us in previous TFR-hosted series, followed by the newcomers who have the best safety ratings first.
