Two weeks ago, iRacing released its 2023 Season 1 build update, introducing a huge list of new content, upgrades, fixes, and improvements.
One of the highlights of the 2023 build 1 update is the Mercedes-AMG W13 E Performance formula 1 car which is the second car built by the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team to come to the iRacing online racing platform.
The W13 E Performance was designed and constructed by the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team to compete in the 2022 Formula One World Championship. The car was driven by Lewis Hamilton and George Russell. The chassis was Mercedes’s first car built for the new ground effect technical regulations introduced in 2022. The W13 saw the return of the traditional silver livery.
