iRacing – Upcoming Time Attack Competition and New User Interface

iRacing.com introduces a new way to compete on their online racing platform.

In the very near future, the iRacing racing simulator will feature a time attack competition mode that ranks your lap times against other iRacing members. Each season, iRacing will host a Time Attack competition for a number of its official car classes. iRacing will assign a selection of tracks to each competition which will typically align with their standard series of 12 tracks. Drivers will have the chance to rank themselves from Novice to as high as World Champion.

The iRacing Time Attack competition will have no license restriction, so all the iRacing members are able to take part. Furthermore, members will be pleased to hear that the safety rating and iRating will not be affected by the results of a Time Attack session.
