A few days ago, Laurence Dusoswa presented his unboxing of the new G 923 TrueForce Wheel by Logitech.

When the product was announced, the community feedback ranged from super positive to downright toxic due to the fact that the G 923 looks very similar to its predecessor and is still using the 14-year-old G25 design and motors.

However, Logitech states that the G923 incorporates new features such as the new high-definition force feedback system named “TrueForce.” that dials into a game’s physics and audio engine to deliver an ultra-realistic experience, while the motors and the gear mechanisms utilized for G 923 are the same as the ones from the older G29 and G920 units.

In his latest video, Laurence Dusoswa finds out what the Logitech TrueForce technology actually does, or doesn’t do. Is TrueForce just haptic feedback built into the wheelbase?  Let’s find out.
