Live For Speed (LFS) In 2019 By Dan DiMaggio
Dan DiMaggio takes a look at the Live For Speed racing simulator.
Live for Speed has been in development since 2002 by a small team dedicated to making the best online racing simulation. It is safe to say that Scawen Roberts, Eric Bailey, Victor van Vlaardingen, and Geraldine Muir have made sim racing history by developing one of the most fun and engaging sim racing titles out there.
By some, LFS might be regarded as an obsolete title in today’s modern world of plenty when it comes to the available racing simulator titles. However, If yours truly had to pick one title that was worth every minute spend on it, Live For Speed would be my choice. This sim might be one of the granddaddy’s of sim racing, but the fun factor did not age at all. If you have never tried it, don’t take my word for it, but make sure you try it for yourselves. I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised.
You can download Live for Speed from our download page. The software will initially act as a demo, allowing access to three cars and one track environment only. To access the other content, you will need to buy a license upgrade.
S1, S2 and S3 licenses, as well as other products, can be purchased from the LFS shop pages.
