This has recently resulted in some surprising takeovers by a number of industry leaders, and it seems that this trend will continue in 2021.
After successfully taking ownership of Studio 397 (rFactor 2) and Black Delta (KartKraft) the American Publisher and eSports ecosystem provider Motorsport Games Inc. announced that it has now signed a binding term sheet to acquire Developer Digital Tales USA and with it, its upcoming new official 2020 Motul FIM Superbike World Championship game.
