NASCAR Heat 5 – Preview Screenshots
Two days ago, 704Games officially announced NASCAR Heat 5 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. They revealed that a Gold Edition of NASCAR Heat 5 will launch on July 7, while the standard edition of the game will become available on July 10.
It is safe to say that on the PC side, this racer is not exactly popular. Not that surprisingly, as the PC using NASCAR fans have a good selection of Stock Cars to choose from. Even more so, iRacing can be regarded as the world-leading NASCAR simulation. That said, on the Console side of gaming, the NASCAR Heat Series of games seem to do a lot better.
The initial game announcement was accompanied by a cinematic announcement trailer. This time we show you some of the (WIP) in-game screenshots.
NASCAR Heat 5 will include all the drivers and teams from all three national series, being the Cup, Xfinity, and the Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series. The game will also feature a fictional Xtreme Dirt series.
All 34 NASCAR tracks will be available, eSports will be supported. Also, a career mode and track-testing mode are implemented. On the multiplayer side, the game will include a split-screen local multiplayer mode, while online races will be able to accommodate 40 players.
The Gold Edition cover of NASCAR Heat 5 will feature Stewart-Haas Racing owner and three-time Cup champion, Tony Stewart. The cover of the standard edition features Hendrick Motorsports Chase Elliott.
