Niels Heusinkveld Talk & Drive 31 – Turbos in Automobilista

Niels Heusinkveld, engineer, petrol-head, and physics creator for Reiza Studio’s Automobilista Racing Simulator presents episode 31 of his Talk & Drive video series.

In this new episode, Niels explains the inner workings of a turbo powered engine. Turbos were never an active part of the Automobilista physics engine, but that will now change, as Niels is working on a turbocharger physics model for the racing simulator. To demonstrate the work in progress, Niels climbs aboard a virtual 1200Hp turbo powered single seater for a few laps around the Australian Adelaide circuit.
