Project CARS – FIA GT1 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP CAR PACK RELEASED
The Machine Dojo Modding team has released the FIA GT1 World Championship Car Pack for Project CARS by Slightly Mad Studios.
After updating the three previously released 2010 GT1 models, the Machine Dojo Modding team decided that it would be convenient for the fans if they could download the cars in one single pack. The current car pack contains the updated versions of the Lamborghini Murcielago R-SV GT1, Nissan GT-R GT1 and Maserati MC12 GT1.
The next update will add Ambient occlusion for all the cars in the pack. The soft shadows that are created from ambient occlusion can help to define the separation between objects in a 3D scene and add another level of realism to the visuals.
Furthermore, the Machine Dojo Modding team confirmed that both the development of the Corvette C6.R GT1 and Aston Martin DBR9 are now in alpha stage.
Changelog:
- Fixed a tire texture bug on all cars
- New chassis overhaul for all the cars
- Fixed the tire tread in the rain not having rain drops on the Nissan and Lambo
- Various texture updates and physics tweaks
