R3E Group 5 Pack Released

After teasing us for a week, Sector3 Studios have now released the highly anticipated Group 5 pack for RaceRoom Racing Experience.

The Group 5 pack contains seven iconic cars from the early ’80 of which five are new to R3E. The car pack comes with 44 spectacular and recognisable liveries to brighten up the grid. As usual the cars look stunning and especially the sounds are extremely well done, as we have come to expect from the highly motivated Sector3 development team.

Yours truly grew up watching the German Group 5 Championship races at my home track. As a very young racing fan in the late 70’s and early 80’s the ADAC Westfalen Pokal and the Bergischer Lowe Gruppe 5 races at Circuit Zolder where the reason for my still lasting Autosport addiction.

When I now look at today’s Simulator and Game efforts, it is mind blowing how good they try to recreate the beasts from yesterday.
