RaceRoom DTM Spring Cup | Daniel Juncadella Interview

On a regular basis, a selection of professional DTM race drivers take part in the public RaceRoom Racing Experience time trial competitions.

This week Sector3 interviewed Mercedes DTM race driver Daniel Juncadella and discussed his car setup and the online R3E Competitions.

Daniel Juncadella, will be contesting his third DTM season in 2015. The Spanish driver is a former champion in the Formula 3 Euro Series and the FIA Formula 3 European Championship. In the 2015 DTM Spring Cup, all the ‘DTM Experience 2014’ players have the chance of competing against the DTM drivers. The first online qualifying race will be started as early as on 02nd March, 2015, with the DTM drivers at the wheel of their RaceRoom simulators also trying to set the fastest times on the leader-board.

On 12th April, 2015, in the big final the fastest drivers of the overall rankings will battle it out with the DTM celebrities live in a multi-player race. DTM drivers Timo Scheider, Bruno Spengler, Marco Wittmann, Martin Tomczyk, Timo Glock, Daniel Juncadella and Gary Paffett already have confirmed that they will take part and just as in the real races.
