RaceRoom – Presenting The eSports World Touring Car Championship

In cooperation with the FIA WTCC, Eurosport Events, and KW, Sector3 Studios proudly presents the official eSports World Touring Car Championship wich will be run using the recently released RaceRoom WTCC 2016 addon.

Everyone is invited to enter the competition free of cost!

The 10 round virtual Multiplayer eSports WTCC championship kicks off 09 April 2017 and will follow the real world 2017 WTCC Season. During the competition, Sector3 Studios will be on the lookout for the best virtual Touring Car drivers who will end up in 1 of 4 divisions, giving competitors of all skill levels an honest chance to make it to the top.

For those who can not participate, but would like to watch the races, the top divisions will be broadcasted LIVE on the official WTCC YouTube channel and WTCC eSports Webpage.

The best drivers of the virtual WTCC championship will be rewarded with tickets for the Final Event at the Nürburgring Arena, where they will compete for cash prizes in the ultimate showdown. Sector3 Studios will unveil more details soon.

RaceRoom 2016 World Touring Car Championship Addon

The new WTCC addon pack contains 5 cars and 21 liveries. You are able to race the WTCC Honda Civic, Lada Vesta, Chevrolet Cruze, Citroen C-Elysee, and the long-awaited Volvo Polestar S60 TC1 car. The WTCC 2016 pack is on sale at the RaceRoom Store for €7.97.
