RaceRoom Racing Experience – Autodromo Monza coming to RRE.

Autodromo Monza, Twenty kilometers north of Milan, Italy, built walking distance from the Royal Villa and accented by Europe’s fourth largest walled park, is a high-speed automobile racing circuit known for punishing gearboxes and providing a challenge to even the most talented drivers.

Today’s modernized 11 turn, 5.793 kilometer GP layout is home to the F1 Italian Grand Prix. During a 2004 qualifying session here, Rubens Barrichello set the F1 lap record with a 1:21.046 behind the wheel of his Ferrari. With its fast sweeping turns, drivers must push their cars at full throttle through about 80% of each lap, making this a truly high-speed course in the world’s top racing series.

The necessity to race flat out through so much of the course makes this track an easy favorite for motorsports fans, and we’re pleased to announce that Autodromo Nazionale Monza will soon join RaceRoom Racing Experience. Here you will be able to test the limits of the powerful and illustrious cars all ready to join R3E, as well as many more yet to come. Monza is a circuit beloved by millions, we’re honored to bring it to life in R3E, and we look forward to sharing it with you soon!
