rFactor 2 – Hot-fix update for Build 1121 Deployed
Last Friday, Studio 397 deployed Build 1121 of their rFactor 2 racing simulator. This update contained a good number of fixes and improvements to the UI, Modding Support, Graphics, Multiplayer, Broadcast Overlays, and more.
Today, the rFactor 2 development team has released a hot-fix update for build 1121, as the release turned out to have a small memory leak when in an online session, both on the client and on the server-side.
The dev team discovered the issue on Saturday morning and got straight to work to find the cause, and fix the issue. This morning the updated build was tested and released.
Sector 3 Studios encourages al the rFactor 2 users to update their client and any dedicated servers they manage.
Steam build IDs for this update: default (opt-out) is 5508421, the dedicated server ID is 5508423, and the new UI (public-beta) ID is 5508141.
