rFactor 2 São Paulo v0.80 (Interlagos) Dev Preview
Image Space Incorporated released a preview video showing us the rFactor 2 São Paulo track v0.80 rFactor 2. In this video ISI’s Tim Wheatley shares some info about the rFactor 2 São Paulo (Interlagos) work in progress.
Surprisingly enough this is not a scratch build track by the IS development team, but a conversion of the Reiza Studios Game Stock car version. Reiza Studios is collaborating with ISI as a token of their appreciation and contribute to the ongoing growth of rFactor 2!
Known as the Autódromo José Carlos Pace in the city of São Paulo, the Interlagos circuit is best known as the most famous Brazillian Formula One track. The circuit is one of a minority of non-oval racing circuits that go in an anti-clockwise direction. From 1990, the original circuit was shortened from 7,829 m to only 4,397 m to meet the FIA regulations. This 15 corner track has numerous elevation changes making it a popular track for real and Sim Racers.
