This is the new Xlerator Racing Wheel Stand, Steering Wheel Stand designed for the new high end steering wheels.
The XL20 Regular Lap Bar and XL21 Big Boy Lap Bar Xlerator Wheel Stands are for the new steering wheels with working clutch and remote shifter, like the Logitech G25/27, the Fanatec Forza Motorsports CSR, Porsche 911 Turbo S, GT2, GT3 and Carrera with stock pedals or with Clubsport Pedals. 

The new Thrustmaster T500RS wheels will bolt right up to the XL20-21 stands, with the GT-Rally pedal bar removed, the size and weight of this wheel makes it very stable on the chair, but hard to pack around.
