The DRM Modding Team needs your help
A while ago the DRM Modding Team announced they decided to bring their massively popular DRM Revival Mod to Assetto Corsa.
The DRM Modding Team consists out of three core members. NIL (sound), ck73 (skins, video) and dmatzies (2D, 3D, physics). With such a small team, it will be quite a challenge to bring the full mod with all 7 vehicles into Assetto Corsa. Therefore, the DRM Modding Team are ready to expand their team with some new enthusiastic long term members.
Ideally, a new team member should meet the following requirements:
- Experience with graphic packages such as kseditor, 3dsmax, 3Dsimed, ect. ( Any other experience with the Assetto Corsa platform would be a plus)
- A good knowledge of the material and shader assignments
- Long-term motivation (currently 7 vehicles, 2 in development)
- If possible, speak and write German, but English will also be acceptable.
If you feel you are up for the challenge, make sure to contact the team at this email address. Include a small personal introduction, and info regarding your experience within the modding scene. ( Preferably Assetto Corsa).
The DRM Revival Mod recreates the fast and spectacular DRM Cars that were raced from 1972 to 1985. The DRM Group 5 series was divided into 2 groups. Division 1 was made up by iconic cars as the Porsche 935 Turbo, Lancia Beta Monte Carlo Turbo and the Zakspeed Turbo Ford Capri’s with engines ranging from 2000 cm ³ up to 4000 cm ³ and Division 2 cars with less than 2000 cm ³ like the Zakspeed Ford Escort, BMW 320i. Many of the drivers have become household names in the international racing scene. Hans Heyer, Rolf Stommelen, Klaus Ludwig, Mamfred Winkelhock, Hans-Joachim Stuck, Harald Ertl and Toine Hesemans, to name a few.
