Thrustmaster T-LCM Pedals Review By The SRG

Barry Rowland of the Sim Racing Garage reviews the upcoming Thrustmaster Load Cell equipped T-LCM Pedals.

3 weeks ago, some intentional, or unintentional leaked documents and media indicated that Thrustmaster was getting ready to release a brand new pedal set. Soon after, Thrustmaster confirmed that the leaks were showing us a legit Thrustmaster product, and hinted February 13 as the official release date.

So here we are. Today Thrustmaster officially released its new T-LCM Load cell equipped pedal set for the PC, Xbox One, and PS4.

The T-LCM acronym most likely stands for Thrustmaster/Load Cell/Magnetic and sums up the technologies used in the product.  Both the throttle and clutch pedals make use of the famed Hall Effect magnetic sensors, while the brake pedal force is registered by a pressure-sensitive load cell that can withstand a brake pressure of 100 KG.

The individual T-LCM pedals are highly adjustable, letting you change the height, pedal angle, and pedal spacing. Furthermore, the product comes with a set of 6 springs allowing you to quickly adjust the feel of the brake pedal.

The Thrustmaster T-LCM Pedal set is available for pre-order at a very affordable €199.99 / £179.99 / $199.99. The product is scheduled to be released on March 26.

Thrustmaster is also offering a few accessories for the new pedal set being:

  • T-LCM Rubber Grip – 100% texturized rubber covers for the Thrustmaster T-LCM Pedals pedal set. – €14.99 / $19.99 / £14.99.
  • T-LCM Cockpit Adaptor – 00% metal brackets which can help you hard-mount the pedals to your chassis. – €14.99 / $19.99 / £14.99.
  • T-Pedals Stand – The versatile pedal set stand featuring an adjustable wall stopper. – $59.99 / €49.99 /£49.99.
