Back in January, Turn Racing released the TDU Display Unit. This esthetically pleasing display is a fully functional telemetry racing dashboard visually inspired by a Porsche Performance Display Logger. It featured a USB-powered 4.3″ TFT display with a resolution of 480×272 pixels and was available for $447.00 + shipping.
However, the original TDU Display Unit is no longer listed on the official Turn Racing web store and will be replaced by a follow-up.
Via its social media channels, Turn Racing has now revealed the new TDU5 Display Unit, which will become available in December 2021.
The new TDU5 is designed from the ground up and features a 5-inch 800×480 pixel screen that will be compatible with Simhub, Z1, and JRT software. But that’s not all. While delivering a larger screen with a higher resolution, the price has dropped considerably in comparison to its predecessor.
The Turn Racing TDU5 Display will become available for $197.00 + shipping.
